Shopacer Women’s World Cup Giveaway

Introduction:

The following information outlines the Terms and Conditions of entry into the Shopacer July Giveaway by Acer Africa (PTY) Ltd ("the Promoter"). The Terms and Conditions of the competition are hosted on the Shopacer’s Facebook page, Twitter account and Instagram account, and are subject to South African law and only open to residents of South Africa.

Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Reward Ts & Cs:

1. Competition Period: The Competition commences on Monday, 03 July 2023 and closes on Monday, 31 July 2023. The winners will be announced on Monday, 07 August 2023.
2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Acer Africa (PTY) Ltd and not to any other party. 3. To be eligible for entry, participants must make a qualifying purchase of R5 999 or more from Shopacer.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Participants must retain their proof of purchase for validation if selected as a winner.
6. Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
7. The winners will be announced on 7 August 2023.
8. In the event that a winner returns the purchased item between the timeline of Saturday, 01 July 2023 and Thursday, 31 August 2023 their eligibility for the prize will be void.
9. Shopacer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. The Prize(s) cannot be exchanged for an alternate prize or for its cash value for any reason whatsoever.
12. No late or incomplete entries will be considered.
13. No person may win more than ONE (1) Prize in this Competition.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries which it considers do not comply with the terms and conditions or any Participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Competition.
15. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter's is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her username on Twitter as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
17. Acer Africa (PTY) Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this information.
18. Acer Africa (PTY) Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
19. Furthermore, participants agree not to publish content that violates legal regulations or third-party rights. We reserve the right to delete comments as the situation requires. This is especially true for comments that include:
    • Degrading, abusive, insulting, radical, violent language.
    • Spam, advertising.
    • Trademark or copyright.
    • We reserve the right to block users who do not comply with these rules.
